2025年12月，四川国际传播中心携手凉山州新闻传媒中心，共同承办了2025凉山州文化和旅游发展大会暨凉山旅游投资大会。这场集融合展陈、沉浸式体验与国际传播于一体的文旅实践，向世界清晰勾勒出一幅多彩、真实、充满活力的凉山新画卷。

In December 2025, the Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC) partnered with the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture Press and Media Center to co-host the 2025 Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture Cultural and Tourism Development Conference & Liangshan Tourism Investment Conference. This cultural tourism event — a mixture of exhibition, immersive experience, and global communication — presents a vivid, authentic, and dynamic portrait of Liangshan for the world.

一台晚会，让古城成为叙事的主角

12月14日晚，“一眼千年·烟火会理”夜游古城活动在会理古城精彩呈现。

On the evening of December 14, the enchanting “A Glimpse Through the Ages: Huili’s Buzzy Vibe” night tour event lit up Huili Ancient City in spectacular fashion.

不同于传统舞台演出，这场活动把整座古城当作“主舞台”，通过3D光影秀、开城门仪式、民族风情巡游、活态非遗展演与街边驻唱等多元形式，构建起沉浸式夜游体验。

Standing apart from typical stage performances, this event takes the entire ancient city as its “main stage”. Diverse forms were brought together to work their magics — from 3D light shows and a gate-opening ceremony to ethnic cultural tours, living intangible cultural heritage performances, and street-side singing, which never fails to create an immersive nighttime exploration experience.

一场展览，系统呈现凉山文旅发展全貌

作为本次大会的重要内容板块，“彝海结盟地·五彩大凉山”文旅深度融合主题展在会理古城元天街举行。

As a highlight of this conference, the “United at Yihai, Ablaze with Color in Liangshan” Themed Culture and Tourism Integration Exhibition was hosted at Yuantian Street in Huili Ancient City.

展览以“文旅深融·建圈强链”为核心逻辑，整体空间由“五彩凉山 名天下”“全域全时 气象新”“科技赋能 提品质”“文旅强州 向未来”“烟火古城 展新姿”五大主题板块构成，通过实景图片、非遗实物、动态展演及数字化互动等多元方式，系统呈现凉山全州17县市在文旅品牌塑造、业态创新、服务提升与政策支撑等方面的阶段性成果与未来规划。

Revolving around the core concept of “In-Depth Integration of Culture and Tourism: Building Industrial Ecosystem to Bolster Supply Chains”, the exhibition is structured into 5 thematic sections: “Colorful Liangshan: A Renowned Place Worldwide”, “All-Time, Whole-Region Coverage: A New Outlook”, “Technology Empowerment, Quality Enhancement”, “Cultural Tourism Powerhouse: Striding Toward the Future” and “Earthly Ancient City: Glowing with New Charm”. Bringing diverse approaches into play, including real-life photographs, intangible cultural heritage items, dynamic performances, and digital interactions, this exhibition systematically presents the phased achievements and future plans of Liangshan’s 17 counties and cities in brand building, business innovation, service enhancement, and policy support within the cultural tourism field.

一届大会，搭建文旅发展的交流平台

以“彝海结盟地·五彩大凉山”为主题，大会邀请了文旅领域专家学者、行业机构、文旅与投资企业及入境游平台等约300位代表，共同参与凉山文旅发展的交流与对话。

Themed around “United at Yihai, Ablaze with Color in Liangshan”, the conference brought together approximately 300 representatives, including cultural tourism experts, in dustry organizations, cultural tourism and investment enterprises, and inbound tourism platforms, to engage in exchanges and dialogue on Liangshan’s cultural tourism development.

现场集中推介了“彝海结盟”、民族风情、“夏季清凉·冬季暖阳”“中国航天城”四张文旅名片，发布了“东南西北中”五线精品旅游线路，并同步完成文化和旅游重大投资项目签约，推动文旅传播与产业合作落地。

Focused on the promotion of 4 cultural tourism highlights: the “Yihai Alliance”, “Ethnic Customs”, “Cool Summers, Warm Winters”, and “China’s Aerospace City”, this event unveiled 5 premium travel routes spanning all directions, while simultaneously finalizing major cultural and tourism investment project agreements to advance cultural tourism dissemination and industrial cooperation.

大会现场，“彝海结盟精神”传承人（果基小叶丹外孙）伍龙、中国首批航天员赵传东、中国女子花样游泳世界冠军蒋文文、国风博主朱铁雄等嘉宾，通过“情景式推介”的方式，借助艺术展演与多媒体表达，立体呈现凉山文旅的新名片、新业态与新场景。

Distinguished guests in attendance include Wu Long (grandson of Guoji Xiaoyedan and inheritor of the “Spirit of Yihai Alliance”), Zhao Chuandong (one of China’s first batch of astronauts), Jiang Wenwen (Chinese women’s synchronized swimming world champion), Zhu Tiexiong (Chinese costume influencer), among others. Through “scenario-based promotion”, artistic performances, and multimedia expressions, they vividly showcased Liangshan’s new cultural tourism highlights, new industrial forms, and innovative experiences.

同时，四川国际传播中心邀请成都大学留学生阮如意担任“凉山推荐官”，从跨文化视角参与内容共创，以入境游客的真实体验为线索，推出中越双语入境游vlog，记录在会理的所见所感，串联当地美食、自然风景与彝族文化，向全球入境游客推荐这座川南古城。

Furthermore, the SICC also invited Ruan Ruyi, an international student at Chengdu University, to serve as a “Lingshan Ambassador”. Drawing on her cross-cultural perspective, she collaborated on content creation, producing a bilingual Chinese-Vietnamese inbound tourism vlog that captures authentic visitor experiences. The vlog documents her observations and feelings in Huili, weaving together local cuisine, natural landscapes, and Yi ethnic culture to promote this ancient city in southern Sichuan to global travelers.

推动大凉山走向世界，四川国际传播中心不是第一次这么干了。

Its not the first time SICC showcases Liangshan to the World.

今年5月，四川国际传播中心联合凉山州委宣传部、凉山州新闻传媒中心，面向全球发布2025“彝绣生花”最潮国风设计大赛，推动古老绚丽的彝绣技艺走向世界。征集到来自英、美、法等国家和国内16个省（区、市）的730余件作品，完成了一场传统非遗与现代设计的创意交融与全球对话。

In May this year, the SICC, in collaboration with the Department of Publicity of the CPC Committee of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture Press and Media Center, launched the 2025 “Yi Embroidery Breeding Creativity” Trendy Chinese Art-Inspired Design Competition globally, bringing the ancient and splendid art of Yi embroidery to the world stage. The competition garnered over 730 submissions from countries including the United Kingdoms, the United States, and France, as well as 16 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across China, successfully fostering a creative fusion and global exchange between traditional intangible cultural heritage and modern design.

11月7日，凉山国际传播中心在西昌揭牌成立，四川国际传播中心凉山工作站同步揭牌。这标志着凉山系统性地开启了构建安全、高效、富有吸引力国际传播体系的新阶段。凉山将以更专业的姿态、更创新的方式，向世界讲述“彝海结盟地·五彩大凉山”的精彩故事。

On November 7, the Liangshan International Communication Center was established in Xichang, coinciding with the inauguration of the Liangshan Workstation of the Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC). Their establishment signifies that Liangshan adopts a systematic approach to enter a new phase to construct a secure, efficient, and alluring international communication system. Liangshan will exhibit professionalism and employ innovative methods to disseminate the remarkable stories of the “Birthplace of the Yihai Alliance, Liangshan of Multi-colors” across the globe.

We’re back with Liangshan’s spellbinding wonders!

用一场文旅大会、一场主题展览、一个古城巡游及系列配套活动，系统呈现“彝海结盟地·五彩大凉山”的当代表达。

Through a cultural tourism conference, a thematic exhibition, a tour of an ancient city, and a series of supporting events, we systematically showcase the contemporary expression of “United at Yihai, Ablaze with Color in Liangshan”.

未来，四川国际传播中心也将持续通过多元创意与传播实践，将四川各地的故事推向世界。

Moving forward, the SICC will continue to share stories across Sichuan with the world through diverse creative approaches and communication.
